MOMO Boba - Full Brand Design

I did this project my final semester of my senior year in college. We were tasked to create a pop-up restaurant or vendor of any kind, to sit adjacent to Einstein Bagels in the UCM Rec Center. Taking into consideration the location and audience of the pop-up, we were free to be open and creative with our selections.

I chose to create a boba stand. My audience consisted of young college students, primarily between the ages 18-23. These students would be either passing through the rec to get to class, coming in or out after a workout, or just coming to grab a bite to eat. I knew we had no places to get boba on campus without driving or walking a fair distance, and I also knew that boba was very popular as a new favorite drink amongst the younger generations, so I thought it would fit prefect in the rec. I chose MOMO Boba as a play on words for Missouri, and as a tool for design since MOMO means peach in Japanese.

Overall, I really enjoyed creating the branding for this project. It was a challenge having to work with a real space and create renderings, but also very rewarding with the results.
